The owners of an so called dangerous dog breed should undergo a psihological evaluation.
Before issuing a license to own such a dog evaluate the owners memtal state and behaviour.

If the owner display an aggressive personality it shouldn’t be permitted to have such a dog.

A healthy dog will always reflect the owner’s personality.

Training classes for the owner and their large and potential agressive dog should be mandatory, prior to be licensed.

An inspection of the dog’s owner place should take place to ensure the dog lives in a proper and healthy environment and all necessary precautions have been met.

To control it means to consider these so called dangerous dogs type and legalize them.

Jail time and big finds for the careless dog owners to be considered, as they endanger the life of their own dog and of the people in the community.

Having a dog it is a responsibility no matter the size or type of the dog.

Let me make a couple of suggestions.

Anyone found to be part of the dog-fighting underground in Bermuda be banned for life from owning or residing with a person who owns a dog.

Anyone found to be part of the dog-fighting underground in Bermuda be sent to prison. A fighting dog is just as much a weapon as a gun or a knife.
