Don’t forget, the PLP spent half a million dollars on the Privy council, in order to legally discriminate against a very small section of society. Duuh . The OBA didn’t have to change or support anything as the law under the constitution as it existed actually allowed same sex marriage. It was the PLP who changed the HR act making it unlawful .

Not specifically, but the Human Rights Amendment Act 2013 prohibits discrimination against people on the basis of their sexual orientation.
