I’ve had LEDs for years and most last 3-4 years and yes I buy the well known name brands like GE, SATCO .

However, I’m wondering who got this contract? What were the specs? What is the warranty if any?

1) There is no description of how many light bulbs individuals will receive. Howe many ?
2) Are these lightbulbs being given to Nursing homes or private businesses of individuals?
3) Is a record of who has received a lightbulb being made? This is important.
