The ferry you are referring to is restricted to catering to cruise ship passengers. It is not a Government run (or public) ferry.

The Department of Marine and Ports does, sometimes in the summer, run a Dockyard to St. George Ferry. Perhaps you could talk to the Director of Marine and Ports about expanding that service.

For instance it appears to run on most Mondays, but not all! And why no ferry at all on weekends ? The ferry should not be catering to just cruise ships but also West and East end visitors accommodations as well as local residents and summer camps.
