I have posted comments here many times asking about how many of these canceled bus routes are electric buses. Crickets...

From the purchase process, consultant advice with their business links to China, to the current day, there has been ZERO real investigative reporting on the electric buses (Ebus).

Nothing about an apples-to-oranges German MAN diesel bus to a Chinese Ebus comparison. Comparing the existing MAN buses to the much small EBuses, for example. Yes, a smaller Ebus would naturally cost less to purchase compared to a much larger MAN bus. But what about a comparable-sized MAN bus? Why does a MAN bus work well everywhere in the world except in Bermuda? No one has ever requested and published the MAN bus maintenance records. What features does the Ebus lack compared to a MAN bus? Simple investigative questions.

Nothing about the 12% to 15% extra electricity required to charge the Ebus battery being factored in the fuel cost comparison with the MAN bus.

Nothing about damage to roads and bridges due to the extra weight of the Ebus.

Nothing about the Bermuda Fire Service lacking the proper training and equipment to put out an Ebus battery fire. The copious amounts of water required to extinguish an Ebus battery fire. For Bermuda, this is a HUGE issue!

Nothing about the potential environmental damage from the water runoff in putting out an Ebus battery fire. Another HUGE issue.

Nothing about the underage black children in Africa mining cobalt and lithium for the huge Ebus batteries. Our black leaders in government and the black clergy ignore this.

Nothing about the enormous environmental damage done by mining cobalt and lithium for the huge Ebus batteries. Our environmental groups ignore this.

Nothing... Crickets is incorrect. Crickets make noise. We have dead silence.
