The visually impaired votes by telling a proxy how to mark the ballot. The proxy can be a person the visually impaired voter trusts and who is acceptable to the invigilators or a Justice of the Peace who is in attendance at the voting station

When will Bermudians overseas be able to vote. How many students are disenfranchised because they cannot vote remotely?

If banking can be done securely from anywhere in the world why can’t the simple process of voting be done online?

The do not vote…plus MWI is in Devonshire so not in the correct constituency..How do visually impaired people vote? Just asking as they too have a right but dont know how that works

An advance poll is normal in Bermuda. I voted at one in 2012.

This seems a bit strange, is this normal for an election/ bye election

Is this a way to get votes from people at MAWI?

Am figuring you don’t know if you will be ill ahead of time, if you know you will be ill then you are likely ill already for the advanced poll. If you are disabled, if you are infirm, then you are likely to still be disabled on the Advanced polling day.

I agree if gives people optionality to be able to vote on either or days, just wondering how many people would it include? Can we get a number on the day and the cost of providing the advance polling day?
