The latest AG audit report posted at your link is for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2019. It is for the entire Government. Not up to date.

p. 56 – BHB is missing financials for years 2016, 2017, 2018.

The BHB website has annual reports up to fiscal year 2019-2020. 2020-2021, and 2021-2022 are missing. So again, not up to date.
