Many problems Government faces is down to one simple issue. They have no data. How many Bermudians have emigrated? How many residential units are empty? Why are they empty? Then go up a layer. Why is the Land Tax arrears $70 million plus? Don’t the CS persons do their job as it should be one of the easiest taxes to collect. It all part of the overall problem of the incompetence of the government, compounded by the incompetence of Ministers.
