OBA has no chance whatever they do . Without a new party they can only hope that they gain a few seats from the voters that did not vote in the last election but want change so will vote OBA anyway just to try to offset the 30-6 numbers which would not be a bad thing in my opinion . Something needs to change soon to give people hope .

It would be an actual change if he were placed in a winnable seat.
Maybe in c12 or c20 replacing Cannonier or Jackson. Or maybe even a marginal.
But in one of the safest PLP seats? The OBA isn’t interested in making Malachi part of the change.

I think its more like Bermuda needs change and putting his hat in the ring to contribute to effecting that change. Understandably it is incredibly frustrating to not be able to do in your own country. I’ve thought about running as I’m fed up of the PLP ministers destroying all our futures but their own personal one. The ministers should be 1 for all, not all for one ! I give this Bermudian kudos for stepping up, where I have yet to.

HOBSONS CHOICE

Hobsons choice is, “No Choice At All”

I am sure that the OBA candidate is a very nice person ,they all are.

We the voting public will go to the pole again and again to vote, where, there is no selection of potential candidates . They have made their choice ! so we we go a gain, just like the old days , they do the vetting and we do the betting .
Am I and others expected to accept what is’ the given’!
We do what they say and when they say they’ cherry pick the nice guy’ to participate in the running of this countrfy . That my friends is not good enough .
The old policies have not worked, and narrow minded to say the least, just look back in history and see where that policy of picking from out of the wood work has got us . This horrible thought crossed my mind .
Are they grooming candidates ? What are their higher scolastic achievements ?

Fact ! Bermuda is big business we are no longer an Anglo ~American Sea Sde Place.

Frankly past policies are not exactly good enough why are our women left sitting on the bench and for what reason, do they think that our woman are incompetant , or second class citizens ? I dont think so.

Why can’t he just say he’s running politics rather than going to newspaper and making stories about the dept. of planning giving him hard time where there are already policies to follow. He knew he’s running for politics yet he quoted to an interview “he bought land in Costa Rica, where he hoped to move and revive his dream.”

What a great start to begin with.

He’s obviously running cuz he’s mad at the establishment because he didn’t want to follow the process. And allowing himself to be used by OBA in a PLP safe seat.
