That is incorrect. The two individuals who were a part of the succession plan chose not to obtain Doctoral degrees as indicated to them over 20 years ago. One of them stated that she did not have to further her education because she had friends in places to elevate her career pathway. You see this taking place now, even after being disciplined and told she could not apply for promotions for two years. Hopefully with the new President on board, this type of behavior will be discarded to ensure the paying field for advancement at BC is open to all that meet the requirements.
