I am not wanting establish excuse or blame here because that does not solve the current probem why people living in colder climates have more going for them than those living in walm climates also where there exists a disparity between the public and private schools and relationships.
We often read about the apparent failure in the education system where the failings shifts from pilar to post as we try to solve the problem between success and failure, life is not fair and never wil be or could it be initial up bringing or the early relationship between the teaches and their students or the students an their parents .
Surely all of these question have been previously asked with no remedy in sight.
The article above relating to brain day offer many recommendations , however i did not see the word distractions ,certainly more today than when I was a boy in school ,then again there was the cane hanging on the wall, the one handed persuader.
Mass education only works to own it limits ,as it related to boys with a mechanical brain and a girls with an atrtistic brain there are other factors such as memory retention and interests as we are not all the same.
it is a well known fact that there are many people who learn more after leaving school that they did while in it.
