I completely agree with Marine Life. This situation is a disgrace and there should be serious penalties given to the people and entities responsible. Who ever is responsible for this debacle should be fined for every day the radar is not working. Utter incompetence !! Neil
PS The same applies to the ridiculous MAIL situation!

Wait. To save the planet, the government must invest in an electric battery-powered weather radar system recharged by solar panels and wind turbines. That would give Bermuda bragging rights.

People who work outside on land and in the water depend on the weather Radar to know what they can and cannot do according to the real-time rain in the area. This costs time and money to many people. This needs to be fixed soon. Another Government debacle. Ministry of Transport! Quango: Airport Authority. This is the Guilty Party this time. If it is supposed to last 15 years, is this covered under Warranty ?
You must cut the Lifespan of things in Bermuda by at least half. (Salt / Humidity ) Time on this Radar will be up soon. Maybe already!

Also, real-time airplane and ship information. There are a mind-boggling number of planes and ships traveling in the area. The Triangle Cams webpage has live cams for Bermuda and other locations. The website is absolutely in my browser’s Bookmarks.
