Silence is gold as you aparantly have become busy you have not responded to collective criticism here, occasionally some helpful thoughts come before you . but not all grass is green in the garden.

When people go into hiding they become not seen and not heard .

When elections come around that becomes a dfferent story.

Independent thinking is ok but not ideal .

Bermuda need a big miracle when it comes to party politics because that exercise is one against another or 10 against one, however the one with the most amunitions always wins.

People to day want and expect more i am confident about that as they are hurting cant blame them at all.

it on the other hand is best to keep your secrets close at hand yet behind a steel door .

Independant candidates including people, all naturally all have a mind of their own and vote and make decisions acordingly, every person is entitled to their opinion or may face alienation by others.

” Eleven guys playing foot ball if they do not play as a team they will shortly lose the game” .

” Ask ten diferernt people the same question , you will get ten different answers”.

Well that is a funny word which hardly relates to the cost of borowing money .

“The what if game” The “IF”never really gets explored.

What if , says that interest rates could escalate to the satisfaction of the lender, after all the lender is at half the risk , the other half is you .
” What if’ we can not pay the lender ? ther responsibility charged to ever man woman and child.

Who ,do we have to thank for as many who referred to as a loan or ” MONEY BORROWED ON TIME”.

Interest charges escalates the cost of buying the item in the first place.
You never get that money back.

Never the less this country is paying alot of interest money out ,as it all comes out of the taxpayers pocket , GET THIS , where is my interest on my money lent ? Oh ! I get to ride in a pink bus which will never stop near my door .
All this is not silly or stupid as you may think “just stupid will do ” as I now know why my friends go to work and my pension dries up, as seniors have to pay the price also .

It is for the excitement of paying interest !

I WANT WHAT I WANT , I COT TO HAVE IT ALL NOW ,I AM NOT PEPARED TO WAIT.

This is how I could play the game, invest money in say mortgages that is safe enough, then accumulated by compounding or reinvesting the interest , use that interest money as accumulated to buy that which have I always wanted, but not needed.

By the time that interest payment is over on our debt but will not be in my remaining life time and also those who have created the debt inthe first place ,we would have spent a considerable amount of money with a legacy binding it all to our childrens future.

Can you imagine if the shoe was on the other foot .

” Don’t hold a burning candle by the wrong end”.

I am sure by now you may have notices i have not quoted numbers so you just get half the story ,if that .

I AM A TAXPAYER AND I DESERVE SATISFACTION.

BERMUDA IS A BUSINESS.

I would not like to see any more laws and I and many others do no appreciate being controled or dictated too.

The way things look politically an financially today Berrmuda is not in for any golden awards, any time soon.

Bermuda is in crisis mode , with respect to the national debt and other financial loan commitments.

We all are living on borowed money and that is not healthy.

If money were dynamite we don’t have a enough to bow the skin of the rice pudding.

The mere thought of being Independant in any shape or form other than peoples thinking , puts a heavy burden those who chose to continue on that route and stay here , even during good times ,when there is money in the bank.

Simply because the future is not promised .

Frankly in my oppinion , I do no see any hope of recovery in the near future ,when people who have had enough the just up leave simple because the see no future.

During the reign of Queen Ann she was told there is no bread she replied let the eat cake .

This Inflation has put a lid on future prosperity.

Bermuda business went money crazy ? Bermudians are now taking a thrashing !
Because we are totally independent on the USA virtually for every thing.

This country as you are no doubt aware is subject a very large debt, just covering the interest alone put a heavy burden on the taxpayer who are more than likely subject to a car loan or home mortgages with children to educate and both parents forced to work .

Front Street is an Alcholics Paradise ,and is not booming like it used to be, the romance of beautiful Bermuda has gone.

Frankly, we have virtuall nothing to sell except a room on the third floor with a number on the door .

You no doubt are aware the Bermuda is in competion with other destinations. they are stealin our gravy.

Further gloom and doom world further sink Bermuda would be a cat 4 Hurricane,this island would be devastated.

We just can not borrow any more money to buy slate for the roof.

I dont hear of anyone running TO the PLP? Do you? OBA is growing, FDM is Growing, and we have more Independents running but nobody seems to want more PLP? Are they?
