Competitive to what exactly? Was actually performing work in the loose job description and delivering superior customer service even factored in?

Where can I find a job where I am not accountable, have no personal performance metrics, can tell anyone who asks a question “It’s on the website,” run a business on the side while working, pretty much impossible to be fired, fly first class to international meetings of little importance at taxpayer expense….. Ugggg!

Did that review take into account the final salary based pension that Government employees get that private sector workers do not?
