They encourage you to accumulate AAdvantage miles and redeem them. Have been trying for 4 months to redeem miles towards an upgrade, keep getting told they cannot confirm until 2 hours before the flight.

Maybe Furbert can spend some time at home and check into this. Or take a taxpayer funded trip to AA headquarters to discuss it.
