We need traffic lights there. I too had an accident there. Very hard to navigate during busy rush hour from top of Tee Street turning into Middle Road. Very short viewing distance of road heading east & the western side facing Hamilton difficult to see when cars queue to turn right onto Tee Street heading out of Hamilton.

That intersection still is dangerous for those who do not take care.

I drive an ordinary car. When I come up Tee Street and want to turn left onto Middle Road I cannot see what is coming from the east if there is a truck or SUV in the right turn lane. I have to be careful and attentive in order to make the turn safely. More careful and attentive than usual.

But then again, I stop at stop signs, obey traffic lights and generally drive in a way that is not the norm in Bermuda anymore.

There was a time when that intersection really was dangerous.

There was no turning lane o Tee St. There was no turning lane on Midde Rd. Middle Rd N side was not cut back like it is now. Midde Rd S side was not cut back giving a sight line westward for traffic coming out of Tee St.

The crashes continue at that junction. What is W&E supposed to do? Are the driving habits and distractions, phone, that bad?

Traffic lights? All way stop?
