However looking at the 2020 results for C19, 39 voters voted for FDM. Not knowing who they would have voted for had there only been the options of PLP and OBA, the PLP still won – a big change for C19. Had they been all OBA votes, PLP would have won only by a narrow margin of 22 votes. Had they been all PLP, then obviously a wider margin. At this late stage, voting for an independent candidate may again assist the PLP’s win for those looking for a change, by not voting OBA.
