In my email exchanges with the RA, it quickly became clear that objections are moot in the pursuit of the Government’s green agenda. Hence, spending another million, the consultants recommended to “derisk” the windfarm project. The project was increased in size to make it look more appealing to investors. Fingers and toes are crossed that no vendor expresses interest. No green group in Bermuda will invest.
