BermudaRasta and Bermudaborn1, the Bermuda Police Service does not enforce the Road Traffic Act, why would you expected Immigration Inspectors (assuming there is more than one) to enforce the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act?

On the horrizon through out the world, let me introdce you all to” Artificial intelagence “where Bermuda will just get left behind, as Bermuda walks blindly in even with R. I. ” regular intelagence ” in to a dark room where people become confused.
Here is a situation offered above where there is alist of restricted oppertunities which are blocked from people from other countries being more than cappable of doing the job as in the past but available to those who are not capable , we have that here.
I worked with those unfortunate people . Is the Governmnt blocking the agenda of private enterprise from making progress . Does progress also pay taxes? Not now! the all left here months ago .
it is called the dreaded devauation .
We know Bermuda is the island of NO ! We need to keep abreast with the rest of the world and stop shooting our selves in the foot. We want and need what we don’t and may never have, as it all has its beginings with education, where, let me explain it this way other countries leave us in the dust.

The Dept of Immigration puts these lists out but do they actually enforce any of these? When was the last time they actually investigated a breach?

The Dept of Immigration does not enforce any breaches to these closed and restricted categories and have not done so for years. This is just a press release to say they are doing something. Perhaps you could actually enforce these categories?
