BELCO now uses “Cheap Venezuelan” fuel, that is not highly refined.
I’m certain T.M. Caines, possibly was the one who sorted this contract out?
I smell a “Dead RAT”, with whoever signed this contract. :(

Yes, I too, also thought the exact same thing.
Hayward already spends more time jetting off to CARACOM, U.K. , Saudi Arabia,
and Jamaica.
These are just another holiday, and nothing ever seems to actually help BDA !
He should be going off to Canada and making some trade deals with them, and also sorting out the BELCO and Airport fiascos.
