I don’t think so. Excellence on the job doesn’t get recognition. Simply putting in the time and not rocking the boat gets you a picture with the Premier.

I suppose making Harbour Road one way EB before 9:30 then one way WB after 4:30 and closed 9:30 to 4:30 maximizing work space would make too much sense for W&E to wrap their heads around.
