Gotta love the creative ways that grocery stores in particular make us think that we are getting something special. The US stores are masters at it. Almost all have customer loyalty cards which give an across the board discount, even on ‘special’ items. Many of these cards give gas discounts as well at either an onsite station or participating nearby stations. Depending on points earned the discount on fuel can be quite substantial. None of that in Bermuda.

It is all a game, a dance we play with the stores trying to get the lead.
