This was a pathetic attempt by the PLP to cover up the failures. Electric buses they purchased with your money failing. Potholes, where the hells is the expensive equipment we paid for? Caricom, is for Ministers benefit not yours, Failure with the energy plan.

To try and distract from the recent failures they offer to spend your money more.

Absolute con artist the lot of them. Time to vote the con artist out.

Who does this Minister think she is fooling? Apparently many. Where will the shortfall in duty not collected on fuel come from? Will there be any cuts in Government spending to cover it? Oh hell no! Will there be another raid on The Sinking Fund? Very likely. Will there still be a balanced budget for 26-27? That went out the window April 2nd.

As a consumer I am happy to have the fuel for my car and bike subsidised.

As a tax payer, I wonder where the money to subsidise the cost of retail fuel sales will come from.

She’s as bad as Karoline Leavitt with the gaslighting. What she means is the Government has confirmed that tax payers are paying themselves to keep prices unchanged. The Government does not absorb the costs. Tax payers do.
