16-Yr-Old Given $2K Bail, Ordered To Wear EMD

In Magistrates Court yesterday [Aug 6] 16-year-old Leshun Wolffe was granted $2,000 bail, given a curfew and was ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device [EMD]. Court proceedings were adjourned for a short while so that with the assistance of Duty Counsel, his mother could be allowed to come to Court. The 16-year-old was dealt with on two counts.... The two teenagers who had been reported missing have been located safe and well. This afternoon [Sept.28] a police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating 14 year old Devonte’ Simmons and 15 year old Leshun Wolffe.
