Alvone is a really nice guy! He didn’t escape from custody. He was just running to go find the gun and bring it back to the cops. He said a lot of nice things on facebook too and kept us updated on his progress in finding the gun. His sentence should run consecutively.
What’s the point of sentencing him if he is already doing a longer stretch for another conviction? These gun crimes are so serious that they are starting to effect the economy and nation as a whole.The courts need to send a message that this kind behavior won’t be tolerated.
