Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Alfred Ambrose Scott.
The homegoing service for Alfred Ambrose Scott, beloved husband of the late Mary Estelle Scott and son of Aaron and Edna Scott in his 92nd year of 10 Peak Lane, Cedar Hill, Warwick, will be held at St. Paul’s AME Church, Hamilton on Saturday, 31st May 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
Interment will follow the service at St. James Cemetery.
Relative and friends may pay their respects at Augustus Funeral Home, 5 Elliott Street, Hamilton today, Friday, 30th May 2025 at 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Alfred Ambrose is lovingly survived by his children, Pearline [Issac] Lynch, Eugene [Carolyn] Scott, JoAnn [Zane] Trott, Carol Martin, Vernette [James] Jackson and honorary daughter Una Matthews; grandchildren: Shea, Jenéa, Selwyn, Christina [Tony], Donnie [Bridget], Takia [Clay], Jahni, Zane Trott Jr. [Christina], Kurt, and Kayla; and great-grandchildren: Ziaa, Zayah, Knory, Ezra, Khamai, Deigo, Kiazha, Cyré, T’Kobe, Cianna, Cerena, Camden, and Zane III [Trey]. He also leaves behind siblings Freda, Aaron Sabir, Janet, Randolph, and Charlene, together with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. He is predeceased by his son Ivan [Sandra] Scott and many loved ones whose memories remain ever cherished.
