A homegoing celebration service will be held for Carlton Leroy Dill, in his 89th year of Hope Homes, Sandy’s, at St. Paul AME Church Hamilton on Wednesday February 26, 2025, at 11:00am.
Interment to follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery, Pembroke.
Carlton was the Beloved Son of the late Samuel and Leila Dill [Astwood]. He leaves to Cherish his memory. Siblings: Valeria Butterfield, Milton [Hanks] Dill [Shirley], Sylvia Hassan and Darlene Vanputten. Special friends: Roger Lewis [best friend], Loren Simons, Earlston Williams, R. Stephen Pitcher, Danielle Gibbons and the Staff at Hope Homes. Very special niece: Suzette Butterfield. Nephews, nieces, cousins and other relatives too numerous to mention. He was predeceased by brothers: Samuel Dill, Llewellyn [Piggy] Dill, Leslie Dill and Earlston Dill; sisters: Pauline Caulder, Marion Smith [his twin], Gladys Smith, Lois Weeks and Marion Symonds.
