Christine is survived by her beloved husband James Pratt, daughter Tamara Lewis [Bart], Son Andrew Pratt [Emma], grandchildren Dylan, Kristofer, Zachary, Mya, Mackenzie, and Callie, and brother Raymond Medeiros [Helen]. Funeral service arrangements will be announced at a later date.
