It is with great sadness that we announce the transition of our beloved matriarch, Dianne Juliet Russell [Simons], in her 84th year, who entered fully into the glory of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ on Friday June 27th, 2025. DIANNE was the most beloved wife of Mr. Raymond Q. Russell Sr and beloved daughter of the late Dudley and Juliet Simons [nee Tota]. Dianne leaves to mourn her beloved son Raymond Russell Jr., daughter’s Rev. Dr. Maria A Seaman [Kent ‘Peter’], Allisson Russell [Jahma Charles]. Loving Grandmother [Nana] of, Joeshon Russell, Tameisha Russell, Alshea White, K’Maria Morris [Arian], Kiche White, Shonte Campbell [Marcus Astwood], Jenna – Maria Sharma [Arpan], Tiffany Bean – Russell, D’Hstiny Seaman, Raymond Russell III, Maya Bean – Russell, Allan Russell, Tishae Russell, Arianna Russell; Adoring Great-Grandmother [Nana Russell] to: N’Kosi Hollis, Ny’Asia White, Zackiah Russell, Jaylen Basden, Saniyah Govia, Kamden White, Karis White, Suri Astwood, Arielle Clarke, Syrus Astwood, Ali Russell – Bean, Ky’Ria Morris.
Dianne was predeceased by her daughter Sharon Russell and Great Grandson Zackoe Russell. Dianne Russell’s. Home Going celebration service is being planned for today, July 10th, 2025, at First Church of God, Chapel of The Anointing, #1 First Church Lane, Pembroke at 1pm. Interment will follow at St. James Church Cemetery, Sandys. There will be no viewing.
Dianne is survived by her siblings: brothers, Clyde Tota [Jean], Egbert Simons [Dee], sisters, Cynthia Crofton, Rita Talbot [Clement]. Aunt: Marian Simons [Nolan -deceased]. Brother-in-laws: Roger Russell [Bernadette], Anthony ‘Toe’ Wilson. Sister-in-law: Judy Fishington [Victor]. Special daughter: Juliette Rogers [Michael].
