Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – Earlston Wendell ‘Duckfoot’ Jennings.
A homegoing service for Earlston Wendell “Duckfoot” Jennings, son of the late Earlston [Jimmy] and Minnie [Burgess] Jennings, father to Mark Trott [Cassandra] and Melisha Smith, brother to Elliott Jennings [Jill], Lenamay, Winifred, Suzanne [Rudolph “Chocolate”], Armanda, April and the late Larry, Marion and Sherma Jennings, grandfather to Khadre Smith, in his 79th year of 7 King Street, Pembroke. Will be held Friday 16, 2024 at St. Johns Anglican Church at 2pm.
Interment will follow at St. Johns Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home, Thursday, February 15, 2024, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
Lovingly survived by: Special aunts Henrietta Gibbons, Judy Edwards and Ruth Burgess; uncle – Norris Burgess [Janette); nieces – Maxine [Clifton], Nicole, Garita [Peaches] and Sarai; nephews – Troy, Kentoine, Kevin, Kemo, Shervin, Keith, Daniel, Jemeiko, and Tarik; great nephews – Dazhon, Kobi, Carlo, Kevonte, Zamir, Tahmi, Shi, Jakeem, Remy, Keyan, Z’ani, Zion, and King; great nieces – Dazha, Cree, Kse, Kalya, Adiah and Jemma; special cousins – Nena Richardson [Alan], Rev. Milton Burgess [Gloria], Cheryl Swan [Jerome], Elethia Burrows [Derek]; godchildren Duan Leverock, Dwayne Leverock, and Dawna Raynor Christian. Duckfoot was predeceased by his niece, Aisha Jennings.
Special Friends: Leonard [Dock] Davis, Arnold West, Ashton Raynor, Eugene Tucker [Tuck], Leroy “Nibbs” Lewis, Clyde Best, Mr. Anthony Woodley, Mr. Stephen Fubler, Perry Goater, and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
