Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – Mrs. Edith Adele Wainwright [Nee Forbes],
A Homegoing service for Mrs. Edith Adele Wainwright [Nee Forbes], beloved wife of the late Gilbert [Gibby]Wainwright, mother of Susan Stovell [Curtis], Glenda Richardson [UK], Paul Wainwright and the late David [Bill] Wainwright in her 88th year of 119 North Shore Road, Pembroke. A homegoing service and celebration of her life will be held at First Church of God, North Shore Pembroke today Saturday March 4, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery. Also survived by grandchildren Jamal, Javerna, Jelani, Monique, Adell, Paul, David, Daniel, Darae and Malachi; 15 great-grandchildren, sister Phyllis Forbes, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Edith was predeceased by mother and father Georgina and Richard Forbes, siblings William [Casa] Forbes, Lucille Matthews and Dorothy [Dixie]Forbes, niece Marita Forbes, and nephew Charles [Mo] Forbes.

Visitation at First Church Of God North Shore, Saturday March 4, 2023 from 12:00pm to 12:45pm.
