We regret to announce the passing of Eric Winston ‘Fire’ Martin, beloved husband of Debbie Kay Martin, son of the late Janice P. Martin-Knight and the late Winston Edgehill, loving father to Khari Eric Martin, Erica Renee Martin and Tristan D’Jon Martin in his 74th year of #10 Coral Hill Lane, Warwick and retired Government Health Inspector.
The celebration of life service for Eric Martin will be held on Tuesday, March 18th, 2025 at Southampton Seventh Day Adventist Church, Middle Road, Southampton at 1:00pm. There will be no viewing.
He leaves to cherish his memory wife Debbie Kay, children: Khari Eric, Erica Renee and Tristan D’Jon; grandchildren: Kayah Angel Martin, Kalonji Khari Martin, Rylan Martin-Nesbitt and Kharian; brother Philip Martin; aunt Rose James; special aunt Francis Durham; sisters in law: Esperanza ‘Shorty’ Foggo and Reta Perinchief; brothers in law: Frankie Foggo, Ramadan Smith, Kenneth and Raymond Swan; special Easton nieces and nephews: Claranda, Belinda, Edwina, Fiona, Mellissa [deceased] and Anthony [deceased], Martin nieces and nephews; special cousins: Stuart, Leslie and David Durham and the rest of the Durham, Deshields and Swan families; special friends: Denis Burrows, The Bermuda Tai Chi community, Sandys Secondary School, The Bermuda Government Health Dept. and The Bermuda College; other relatives and friends too many to mention.
He was predeceased by his grandmother Ruth Martin; stepfather Joshua Knight; siblings: Michael and Brian Martin and Lavita Martin Easton [Edward].
