Bulley-Graham-Rawlins Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mr. Frank Walter Burgess Sr, beloved husband of the late Ellen Burgess, predeceased by brothers Ralph DeSilva [Joyce] and Arthur [Grassy] DeSilva [Rosemarie], survived by half-brother David Sousa, devoted father of Frank Burgess Jr. [Juliana] and Jeff Burgess [Kate], of Pembroke Parish, in his 84th year. He is also survived by grandchildren: Marcus, Chase, Bradley and Megan and great granddaughter Khloe, special family friend Merlyn [mother to Marcus and Chase].
Walter’s life will be honored in a private graveside service for family only.
