A memorial service for Frederick Joseph Robert [Bob] Hewson, aged 95, of Paget, Bermuda and Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Canary Islands, to be held at 11:00am on Friday 2nd January 2026 at St. John’s Anglican Church, Pembroke, Bermuda.
Bob was the beloved son of the late Charles Henry Hewson and the late Helen Catherine Hewson of Farnborough, England. Loving father of daughters Katherine Somerville [Randy], Annette Cook [Adrian], and Corinne Hewson. Cherished grandfather of Francesca Hanig-Dill [Lee], Sebastian Dill, and Alexander Cook. He was predeceased by nephews Royston Alexander, Colin Alexander, and Adrian Alexander. In addition, he is survived by his sisters Sybil Alexander [UK] and Charlayne Clarke-Matthews [Ken] [UK], nephew Calvin Clarke [Gail] [UK], and niece Zoe Holbrook [Brian] [UK] and many other great nieces and great nephews and friends in Bermuda, the UK, and around the world.
