Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Gary Frederick Edmond Bartley “Dogs Bailey” son of the late Olive Mae Bailey and the late Gary Bailey, beloved father of Yinka Bartley, India Hendrix, Corinne Franklin, Chrisanthi Bartley-Waldron, Kristal Todd, Giovanni Burrows and Gary Bartley Jr. in his 74th year of 42 Wellington Slip Road, St George’s GE 02 will be held on Saturday, January 25th at St John’s Church, Pembroke at 2:00 pm. Internment to follow at St John’s cemetery. Visitation will take place today, Friday, January 24th from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Augustus Funeral Home Orchid Chapel.
Gary is survived by brothers; Edward “Oliver” Bailey, Rupert [Rudy] Bailey, Milton [George] Bailey, Anthony Bailey and the late Michael Bailey; sisters Lucinda Bailey-Judd, Kim Cann, Sharon Bean, and the late Shirley Bailey-Francis. Loved ones to cherish his memories grandchildren; Yin’Nikkei Bartley, Yeh-Shen Bartley, Jasai Burrows, Yara-Skye Bartley, Nayir Pinkney, Yanni Bartley-Simons, Akeri Beckett, Miles Hendrix, Cayden Bartley-Waldron, Kealah Furbert, Ariiyn Wolffe-Bartley, Mikayla Hendrix, Naeem Spencer, Gianni Burrows, Khyri Beckett, Mutazz Dill, the late Jordan Burrows, great grandchild; Kairo Bartley, uncles; Prinsen, Kelvin, John and Wendell Bailey, aunts: Betty Daniels, Lovinia Flood, Marleme Bailey, Mary Crump and Marilyn Bailey, special friends; Wilfred “Lucky” Outerbridge, Ricky Spence, Nathan Stevens, Vernell Cann, Gary Saltus, Greg Cann, Gladwin “Bobby” Goins, the late Ronnie Smith and Mike Showers.
