Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Gertrude R. Harvey [Ruth].
A Homegoing service for Gertrude R. Harvey [Ruth], beloved wife of the late Byran A. Harvey, loving mother of Sandra [Mullings] Simons and Paul Carr Harvey. Grandchildren Ian Mullings, Paul Carr Jr, Paula Carr, Ashanti Carr and Daren Carr, Great-Grandchildren, Shentione Lambert, Nia Mullings, Neymar Mullings, Serena Carr and Serena Neite, in her 93rd year of 5 Stepmother’s Drive Smith’s, will be held October 21, 2023 at 11:00 am at First Church of God North Shore Road.
Interment will follow at St. Marks Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home, Today, October 20, 2023 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
Lovingly survived by Grandchildren: Ian Mullings, Paul Carr Jr., Paula Carr, Ashanti Carr, Daren Carr.
Great-grandchildren: Shentoine Lambert, Nia Mullings, Neymar Mullings, Serena Carr.
Cousins: Dorothy Trott and Lenora Iglesias.
Family in Jamaica: Deloris Young Samuda, Sylvia Young and Scott Daley Young, and numerous other relatives abroad.
Special niece: Jackie Chambers Cole.
