A homegoing service for Gretchen Elizabeth Adell Brangman [nee Simmons Durham], beloved wife of the late Gerald Wentworth Brangman, daughter of the late Newman and Helen Simmons [nee Seymour], beloved mother of the late Elliott Norris Durham, beloved grandmother of Elliott Douglas [Tamara], sister of the late Edith Faye Watson Tucker, late Alice Raynor Zuill [late Wellington], Alveria Darrell [late Walter], brother of the late Reid Simmons, late Floyd Simmons [Adrianna], St. Clair Simmons [Linda], will be held at Grace Methodist Church on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home on Friday, December 27, 2024 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery.
