Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – James Henry “Fish” DeSilva.
A homegoing service for James Henry ‘Fish’ DeSilva, beloved husband of Margaret “Peggy” DeSilva, father of the late Trevor DeSilva and Beverly DeSilva, special son Gary Burrows, granddaughter Takiesha Wales, and great-granddaughter Ayani Outerbridge, son of the late Catherine DeSilva and the late Thomas DeSilva, brothers Earlston [Cynthia] DeSilva and the late Raymond [LaFaye] DeSilva, in his 94th year of 1st Flat Apartment, 20 Tribe Road #6, Warwick , will be held at St. Mary’s Church, Warwick, today, February 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
There will be no viewing.
Lovingly survived by godchildren: Franklin ‘Frankie’ Dill, Josephine ‘Josie’ Gilbert and Joseph ‘Ras Giorgis’ Tucker; special friends: Sherman Hollis, Harriett Woods; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
