Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Jawonday Joshun Eugenius Smith.
A celebration of life service for Jawonday Joshun Eugenius Smith, beloved son of Shawn and Janell Smith, brother of Janaesha [Zawadi] Place, Jaseehim Smith, uncle to Zarai Place, in his 31st year, will be held today, Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Christ Church Devonshire at 11:00 a.m. There will be no viewing.
Lovingly survived and forever cherished by: grandparents: Rosemarie West, Eugenius ‘Eugene’ [Charlotte] Richardson; Late Henry and Nelda Smith; uncles: Rudolph West, Anthony [Alisa] West, Devaughn West; aunts: Betty-Jean ‘Babes’ Edwards, Sharon [Tom] Procida and Shawnette [Terry] Perott; girlfriend: Asanté Chapman; special cousins: Jerome West, Saranna West, Jalesa Young, DeZhane West, Anaya West, Milaun and Milai Perott; godson: Ronin Caines-Durham; many other family and friends too numerous to mention. Color to be worn are: Green, Gold, and Blue.
