Beloved husband of Carolyn H. Paynter. Son of the late Sarah Paynter and the late Ernest [TipToe] Smith. Loving father of Roslyn DeShaun Cure, John Thomas Paynter Jr. [Becky], Erica Bremar[Miegel], Nakia Furbert [Kamesh], Ernest Paynter [Trakia] & Stepdaughter Zena Brangman [Gary]. A Graveside service for John Thomas Paynter Sr.[Tom] in his 75th year of 81 Mullet Bay Road St. George’s, will be held at Ebenezer Church Cemetery on December 29, 2022 at 1pm.
Lovingly survived by Grandchildren: DeJavon, Sophia, Devonte, Johnae, Johneko, Dachey, Ricai, Shawn, Akera, Nora, E’Rynn, Wesley, Jahkai, Zakina, Izeya, Siobhan. Brothers: Colin [KP], George, Walter [Busso], & Gladwin Paynter Sisters:Florence [Lilly] Walker, Joan Moore, Dorothy Aubrey, Winifred Albouy Brother-in-Law: Leon Albouy. Sisters-in-Law: Rae Paynter, Becky Paynter, Jeananne Sampson [Gregory], Special Friends: Charles Paul, Phillip Spencer, Greg Nisbett, Lee Foggo, Public Works, East End Mini Yacht Club, St. George’s Cricket Club, Morning Crew.
