Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – Kingsley Winslow Simmons Sr
A Homegoing Service for Kingsley Winslow Simmons Sr., Retired Taxi Operator of T1505, son of the late Iris Simmons and the late James T. Browne; husband of the late Melba Simmons; father of Kim Simmons, Kingsley Simmons Jr. [Keitha], the late Karen [Simmons] Lewis, and stepdaughter Angela Earl; grandfather of Zoe and Caleb; brother of Cleaston, Ruby and Shirley D. Simmons; the late: Grace Richardson, “Joe” Browne [Elsie], Althea Lawrence [Mortimer], Leonie Richards [Arthur], and The Hon. Dame Lois Browne-Evans [John], of 11 Foothills Road, Devonshire, in his 99th year, will be held on Saturday, 7th, October 2023, at 1:00pm at St. Paul A.M.E. Church. Interment will follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, October 6, from 6:30 – 8:00pm at Augustus Funeral Home, Elliott Street, Hamilton.
