[Amis Memorial Chapel & Crematory]

A Home-Going service for Mrs. Lola Mae Jenither Pitcher, wife of the late William “Bubba” Pitcher and daughter of the late Ityle Neasley, in her 78th year will be held at The Salvation Army North Street Citadel on Tuesday, August 15th 2023 at 2:00pm.

There will be no viewing and flowers may be sent.

Lola leaves to cherish in her loving memory, her children, Dr. Tracey Jones, Conchita Johnson, Billy Pitcher and Chris Pitcher.  Lola is the beloved sister to Leovory Neasley and Bernette Odermatt.  Her siblings Coolridge Neasley, along with Orland, Virgil and Madree “Cookie” Rubaine, all preceded her in death.  Mrs. Pitcher will lovingly be remembered by her grandchildren who were near and dear to her heart including Hernico, Jason, Kyree, Tiffany, Jhazii, Ronica and Zyaire as well as her granddaughter Roderica [predeceased]. Lola is also the adoring great grandmother to Khy-zjae, Kyro and Zy’nics. Her bonus children [nieces and nephew] Gaynell Rubaine [Gary], Cyril Rubaine [Catherine] and Brenda Smith [Trimane] are left to mourn her as well. Godchildren include Sonya “Tammy” Clarke, Angel Wade [deceased] and Meshach Wade.  Lola had many friends including her long-time friends Doreen Osborne, Charlie Davis, Edith Dill and Audrey Pitcher.  Lola is also survived by many other relatives too numerous to mention, with family members that include the Rubaine, Martin, Swan, Grimes and Pitcher families.  Lola was kind, generous and gracious and she will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her.

A special thank you to all of the staff at Kidney Care Bermuda and to the staff at Premier Health who worked tirelessly to advocate for, educate and support our family while caring for our mother over the years.

We are and always will be, forever grateful.
