Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Margaret Edith Eve.
A homegoing service for Margaret Edith Eve, beloved wife of the late Leroy Berwin Eve, loving mother of Barry Eve, Shirley Eve-Burgess [John], Anita Fleming [Randolph] and the late Sharon Rene [Bonnie] Eve, in her 88th year of 12 Dock Hill Devonshire, will be held January 14, 2023 at 3.00pm at Christ Church Devonshire.
Interment will follow at Christ Church Devonshire Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Christ Church Devonshire Hall from 2:00pm to 2:45pm.
Lovingly survived by grandchildren Shannon Eve, Alicia Eve [DeKhari Scott], Jamila Eve, Shae Burgess; great-grandchildren Chance Eve, Madison and Montana Eve-Scott; brothers- and sisters-in-law Verna Eve, Elroy and Ianthia Eve, Lucille Harris; special nieces Shalimar Williams, Delyght Rawlins, Andrea Brown, Donna Evans, Karen Evans [too numerous to mention]; special friends Madree Furbert, Debra Cholmondeley, Mona Trott, Alice Ming and Vera Sandy, Susan Busby Masters, Suzette Asgard, Penny Rowland and Marie Best.
Mrs. Eve was predeceased by brothers George Evans, Bill Evans, Arthur Evans, Johnnie Cross; sister Peggy Evans Scraders; and best friend Joyce Williams.
