Michael Francis Fahy

The Fahy family are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Michael Francis Fahy, beloved husband of Gwen Fahy, son of the late Martin and Mary Fahy, on 17 February 2024 in his 84th year.
Predeceased by sisters Chriss and Jo and brother-in-law Gerald, Mike’s cherished memories live on through his wife Gwen, his loving sons Michael and Stephen, his grandchildren Aydin, Nasser, Zarah, Evelyn and Aine, his daughters-in-law Eimear and Maggie, his nieces and nephews in the UK and Canada, Fozeia, and other family and friends both locally and abroad.
His passion for travel [and arsenal!] were only surpassed by his total devotion to his family. Mike’s steadfast presence was always of great comfort to those he loved. He will be dearly missed.
A life beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. A celebration of Mike’s life will be announced at a later date for close family and friends.
