Parfitt, daughter of Carol Parfitt and Leon Simmons, loving mother to the late Na-Vii Parfitt-Trimm and Drae-E Trimm-Parfitt, sister to Shanika Parfitt, Leon Simmons [LJ], Leonae Simmons, Keisha Douglas, Nateisha Smith, the late Tamika R. Simmons, granddaughter of Leon Simmons Sr. [late Phyllis], the late Carl and Peggy Parfitt, in her 40th year of 24 Scenic Heights, Southampton.
