A graveside funeral service for Pamela Jane Lewis [nee Van Slois], 87, of Smith’s Parish will be held on Wednesday, June 12 at St Mark’s Church, South Road, Smith’s, at 11 am.
Pam is survived by her beloved daughter Carla Lewis; brother-in-law Anthony Aguiar; nieces and nephews Nadia Aguiar, Nathan Aguiar, Anson Aguiar, Megan Aguiar, Steven Van Slois, and Thalia Van Slois; special friend Neil Harris; and the many kind and compassionate carers who helped her family over the years.
She is preceded in death by her beloved daughter Natasha Lewis; former husband Stanley Lewis; parents Ethol and Alwyn Van Slois; sister Gretchen Aguiar; and brother Rhett Van Slois. Pam will be remembered for her extraordinary lifelong devotion to her daughters, her robust sense of humor, fiercely independent spirit, and big heart.
