A service celebrating the life of Raheem Denzel Calvin Burgess, born May 6, 1993 and died July 28, 2023, beloved son of Marie Burgess [Paul] and Neko Cann, loving father to Ayce Burgess, in his 31st year of # 16 Rockywold Drive, Sandys SB 03, held on Thursday 10th August 2023 at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Middle Road, Warwick at 11:00am. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday 9th August 2023 from 6:30 to 8:00pm at AMIS Memorial Chapel, Khyber Pass, Warwick.
He leaves to be dearly remembered by his brother DaNeko Cann-Hayward, grandmothers: Rosemary Burgess, Geraldine Smith; grandfather Raymond Burgess Sr.; mother of son Kenneita Wade and her daughter Keimi Wade, aunts: Raysheen [Jodi], Yolanda, DeAnna and Thomisha [Coleridge]; uncles: Kevin [Robin], Raymond Jr., Malik, Jevon and Omar; special grandmother Beverly Burgess; special aunts: Karla Wilmont, Donna Hendrickson, Arlene Trott and Jacquelyn Russell; goddaughter Aniah, godparents, special friends: Dupray, Torie, Tyler aka Billy, Antwan, Antonio, Jordan, Torey, Travis, Leniko, Hillview family, Cedar Hill family, Burgess family, Cann family, Russell family, Wilmont family, Calvary Church family and Smith family, numerous relatives and friends too many to mention.
He was predeceased by grandfather Stephen Cann, grandmother Marionette Lambert, uncles: Troy Rawlins, Raymond Pearman and Steven Dill, god mother Shondell Paynter.
