Roslyn Pimentel

We are saddened to announce the passing of Roslyn Pimentel on July 12, 2024. Born in the Azores on January 6, 1954, she is survived by husband Manuel Pimentel, daughter Lizz Pimentel, son-in-law Che Cannonier Barker, granddaughter Lola Pimentel-Barker, sisters Maria de Fatima Pavao, Giselda de Conceicao Martins, and Maria de Deus Paquette, brothers Jose Paiva and João de Deus Paiva, and many beloved family members and friends. Roslyn was loved dearly, and we fondly remember the time we had with her.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Anthony’s Church. Burial will immediately follow at St. Mark’s Church. Colors should be worn. There will be a celebration of her life afterward at her family home at 15 Turtle Bay Lane, Southampton. Per Roslyn’s request, attendees of the wake are encouraged to bring swimwear for a sunset swim.
