Bulley-Graham-Rawlins Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Sidney Reginald Bernard Oatley, in his 95th year of St. George’s Parish, son of the late Sidney and Bessie Oatley, and beloved husband of Lily Oatley.
He was predeceased by his son Brian Oatley, daughter-in-law Susan Oatley, grandson Richard Oatley, brother Robert “Bobby” Oatley, sister Ginnie Atkinson [Curtis], brother-in-law Patrick Blee, niece Rhonda Weaver, niece -in-law Carol Atkinson, and nephew-in-law Terry Barnett.
“Bernard” is survived by his son Alan [Joy] Oatley, grandchildren Daniel [Emma] Oatley, Christian Oatley, and Julianne Oatley, sister Joan Blee, and sister-in-law Verna Oatley, nieces and nephews Curtis Gordon Atkinson, II, Vicki Barnett, Sherrie Hammerstrom, Charles Atkinson, Carl [Janet] Atkinson, Jacob [Donna] Atkinson, and Deris [Brittany] Atkinson, Michael [Karen] Oatley, Gina [Jerome] Bradshaw, Leatrice [Tom Clarke] Oatley, Amanda [Taylor] Smith, Kevin [Carol] Blee, Stephen Blee, Robert [Susan] Blee and Geoffrey [Juanita] Blee. .
Special thanks to Yoni and the team of Community Nurses, and to dedicated caregivers Nicki, Rose, and Maria, as well as Meals on Wheels.
The Funeral service will be held on Friday, 27th of February 2026, at 2:00 pm at St. Peter’s Church, St. George’s Parish. Interment to follow immediately after the service at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Colors may be worn.
