Bulley-Graham-Rawlins Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Sidney Reginald Bernard Oatley in his 95th year of St. George’s Parish, son of the late Sidney and Bessie Oatley, and beloved husband of Lily Oatley.
“Bernard” is survived by his son Alan [Joy] Oatley, grandchildren Daniel [Emma] Oatley, Christian Oatley, and Julianne Oatley, sister Joan Blee, and sister-in-law Verna Oatley.
The Funeral service arrangements are being planned for Friday 27th of February 2026, at 2:00 pm at St. Peter’s Church, St. George’s Parish.
