son of the late Charles Erminston “Buster” Richardson and Muriel Helen Richardson [nee Astwood]; husband to the late Marionette Jeanice Richardson [Belboda]; beloved father to Shelley Richardson [Jay] and beloved papa to Solana Richardson; Sisters: Meredith Richardson and Belterre Hendrickson; Special Friend: Marion Daniels; he is also survived by his sisters-in-law: Bernadette Belboda, St. Cecilia James, Florence Davis and Glendora Pearman; brothers-in-law: Michael and Glen Belboda; Special Cousins: Colin Duerden [Karen]; Wayne Astwood [Julie]; Sir John Swan and Richard Webber; Godsons: Scott Holder and Cecoy Robinson; Goddaughter: Lea Seymour; Special Daughters: Towona Mahon, Samone Belboda and Shelley Hill; Special Friends: Delbert and Veronica Edwards; Elroy and Connie Ratteray; Calvin and Joerether Simons; Cecil and Jeannette Robinson; Joseph Piper and DeVonne Smith; Patricia Seymour; Christine Pearman; Winifred Mayers; Granville Fleming; Fred Raynor; Hugo and Belinda Mayers [Barbados]; Augustin Morales [Switzerland]; PHC family; many relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, 20th February 2026 at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, corner of Court and Church Street, Hamilton at 2:00pm. Interment of ashes will follow the service in St. John’s Cemetery.
